Minimum Qualifications
Chartered IOSH (CMIOSH) status or Graduate Member working towards Chartered status; MIFSM or AIFireE for fire risk assessors.
Fire Assessor Registration
Listing on recognised registers such as NFRAR, IFE, or IFSM register with proven experience in complex non-domestic premises.
Independent Insurance
Hold verified Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance aligned with LRMS standards.
Quality Assurance & Sign-off
All reports undergo rigorous internal technical peer review by Louanne Lanahan (Director) prior to client release.
CPD & Competence Scope
Strict allocation of scope matching verified assessor competence; trainees and junior staff operate under direct supervision.
