We do not market inexperienced trainees as independent assessors. LRMS maintains strict technical supervision and quality controls across all associate delivery.
As an established independent practice since 2014, LRMS ensures clients that every project is conducted within the assessor's verified competence scope.
Less experienced consultants operate under documented mentorship and sign-off protocols, ensuring board-level peace of mind and statutory accuracy.

Minimum Qualifications
Chartered IOSH (CMIOSH) status or Graduate Member working towards Chartered status; MIFSM or AIFireE for fire risk assessors.
Fire Assessor Registration
Listing on recognised registers such as NFRAR, IFE, or IFSM register with proven experience in complex non-domestic premises.
Independent Insurance
Hold verified Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance aligned with LRMS standards.
Quality Assurance & Sign-off
All reports undergo rigorous internal technical peer review by Louanne Lanahan (Director) prior to client release.
CPD & Competence Scope
Strict allocation of scope matching verified assessor competence; trainees and junior staff operate under direct supervision.
Confidentiality & GDPR
Adherence to LRMS corporate data security protocols and non-disclosure agreements.

Associate Fire Risk Consultant

Experienced Fire Risk Consultants (MIFSM / AIFireE / NFRAR) to conduct FRAs across residential social housing, care facilities and commercial portfolios.
Chartered Health & Safety Consultant
Greater Manchester & Regional UK
CMIOSH or OSHCR registered practitioners for site auditing, RAMS reviews, policy development and retained competent-person client visits.
Junior Safety & Fire Assessor Trainee
Bolton HQ (690 Tonge Moor Road)
Entry-level position working under direct supervision of Louanne Lanahan, completing NVQ L4/L5 and supervised field inspections.
