Our health and safety audits provide an independent assessment of how effectively your arrangements are working in practice. We review both documentation and implementation, identify strengths and weaknesses and provide a prioritised action plan.
H&S Audits
Our H&S audit reviews your management system, leadership, responsibilities, risk assessments, procedures, training, contractor control, documentation, workplace conditions, incident management, monitoring and emergency arrangements. Where appropriate, H&S audits can include gap analysis against legal requirements, internal standards or recognised management-system expectations. Findings are rated and prioritised — not reduced to a pass or fail.

Is the audit a pass or fail?
No. We rate findings rather than issuing a pass/fail, unless the audit method actually operates that way — which we would confirm in advance.
